Celebrating Our Unity. Moving Together in Action.
Across churches, traditions, cultures, and generations, we belong to one body in Christ.
One City Week is a celebration of who we already are—and an invitation to increasingly live it out together through prayer, worship, love, service, and shared mission throughout Fort Wayne.
We don't gather to become one. We gather because we are one.
Throughout One City Week, believers from across Fort Wayne will gather in different ways around our shared faith, love, witness, prayer, and mission.

One City Week begins with a simple but powerful act: the Church of Fort Wayne showing up together.
Join believers, churches, families, friends, and neighbors from across our community for the One City Walk—a shared declaration that although we gather in different places throughout the week, we belong to one body in Christ.
Together, we'll walk, pray, connect, and begin One City Week as one Church for our city.

Let us know you're coming—and bring your people with you.
Whether you're joining with your church, your family, a group of friends, or simply showing up on your own, we'd love to walk alongside you.

One City Week isn't about creating another program.
It's about creating space for the Church to be together before doing together—to pray before process, build relationships before projects, and recognize what God is already doing throughout our city.
When the Church walks in unity, our shared faith becomes visible in the way we love our neighbors, serve those in need, make disciples, pray for our community, and show up for one another.
We begin by listening to God together.
Relationship and trust make shared mission possible.
Collective continual action matters.

One City Week is a celebration of our unity—and a catalyst for living it out long after the week is over.
For Pastors & Church Leaders
One City Week isn't something Love Fort Wayne can create on its own.
It comes alive when churches across Fort Wayne carry the same invitation into their own congregations.
On opening Sunday, churches throughout our community will have the opportunity to celebrate our shared identity as one body in Christ, invite their people into the One City Walk, and help spread the message throughout the week:
WE ARE ONE.
